    Post WWII Paratrooper Badge made in Germany by Assman. This is a musuem quality reproduction of that very rare badge. Assman was a German badge maker and when the war ended they started to make insignia for the new militay forces in their country.

      This is a museum quality reproduction of the first US Paratrooper badge in sterling silver of the rare BB&B design. The first paratrooper badge was made by BB&B and only 350 were made back in 1941 for the 501st Parachute Battalion. Then after the war due to requests from veterans BB&B once again produced badges from the original dies.         After WWII, the 11th Airborne was stationed in Japan and they had made a very distinive paratrooper badge. These are very rare. Phillips Publications of Williamstown,, NJ had these badges also made for sale at military shows. These have also become extremely rare and this is a museum quality reproduction of that badge. It is hallmarked Phillips Publications and sterling. This badge is also rather thick and heavy.

          This is a museum quality reproduction of the GEMSCO Geronimo badge from the 501st in WWII. They were the first airborne unit and Geronimo was the call as the jumped from their aircraft. The 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment was activated at Camp Toccoa, Georgia on 15 November 1942. This is an extremely rare DI.

            This is a museum quality reproduction of the first US Paratrooper badge in sterling silver of the rare BB&B design. This was the first paratrooper badge and only 350 were made back in 1941 for the 501st Parachute Battalion. This badge is raher thick and about double in weight of any other paratrooper badges I have had or made. It is 1 1/2 inches wide. This is an excellent example of this badges, with the proper hallmark, that is affordable until a real one comes along.
