As a young boy living in the south, I remember our family flying to Florida for vacation a long time ago. It was on an Eastern 727, and I remember how much I loved the color combination on those Eastern jets. When I saw that DiecastAirplane was offering this Eastern TriStar, well I just had to pull the trigger on it! InFlight200 has done a wonderful job capturing the L-1011 in all it''s glory. This model has all the features that one comes to expect from InFlight200. Real rubber rolling tires and sturdy landing gear to support the model. Realistic engine fan blades that turn and all the aircraft antennas. The paint graphics are excellent and this particular model has the Bicentennial logo on the sides of the fuselage which reads, 1776 "What So Proudly We Hail... 1976." If you''re a collector of 1:200 scale airline diecast models, don''t let this one get away. It''s a very nice representation of the famous "WhisperJet," it won''t be available forever. I''m glad I had the opportunity to add it to my collection.
