Cubana IL-96-300 (1:500) by Herpa 500
Item Number: HE508278An economic embargo imposed by the USA makes it difficult for the national airline of the socialistic island state of Cuba to renew its aging fleet of Soviet or Russian airplanes. Cubana operates four examples of the only long-haul airplane still in production. The CU-T1251 has been in operation since March 2006, which is also available for government flights. Herpa releases its first 1/500 IL-96 model with this Cubana airplane.
