TBF-1C Avenger (1:72) Plonky, 30 Squadron, RNZAF, Piva, Bougainville, 1944 by Hobby Master Airplanes Item Number: HA1204 Made by Hobby Master, this 1/72 scale die cast model replicates "Plonky," a TBF-1C Avenger of the Royal New Zealand Air Force stationed at Bougainville, New Guinea, in 1944. It features engraved panel lines; a two-seat cockpit and a ball turret, both with precisely detailed window glazing; optional-position bomb bay doors with a choice of bombs or a torpedo for the bay; wing-mounted rockets; optional-position landing gear with real rubber tires; fine details such as a pitot tube and exhaust pipes; authentic No. 30 Squadron markings; and more. 83'4" wingspan; includes a display stand.
