No. 208 (R) Sq. teaches basic handling of the Hawk. No.1 9 (R) Sq. teaches tactics and engineering skills. The squadron has been using the Hawk since 1994. The badge on the tail fin is from the 1930s when 208 Sq. was serving in the Middle East.
