Item Number: AA36902'Ju.52/3mg7e(MS) - MSGr1, PD+KH, Budaros airfield, Hungary, Summer 1944 (1:72) In 1935 the Ju-52/3mg3e was adopted as a bomber/ transport with bomb bays, which could hold 3,300 lb. of bombs and two 7.92-mm machine guns. When the Spanish Civil war broke out, a small number of these primitive bombers were delivered to the Nationalists and helped bring over 4,000 Nationalist troops from Morocco. When WWII started, production was increased by a factory in Hungary and later in France. The minesweeper variant used a large electrical loop to detonate magnetic mines.' Length:10.25"
