Information
Ju-52 - Swiss Neutrality Scheme (1:48) by Franklin Mint/Armour
Item Number: B11E767

Approximately 15 1/2" (39.4 cm) in length. Wingspan approximately 22" (55.9 cm).

Part of the Swiss air fleet since 1939, the Ju-52 was a Junkers-built plane used by the Luftwaffe in World War II. Originally constructed as a passenger plane, its solid airframe and trio of powerful engines placed it at the core of Germanys developing bomber fleet. Following the war, a number of Ju-52s were sold to Switzerland as civilian transports. This superb model is packed with true-to-life detail and features the Swiss neutrality scheme of the mid-1940s.

* Swiss Air Force
* Neutrality scheme used from summer 1944 until 1946
