Its variable wing platform makes the Tornado IDS an effective fighter-bomber at both high and low altitudes. Developed jointly by Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom, the versatile Tornado can be used in any number of missions. The IDS variant is an interdictor/strike craft specializing in low-level operations.
