Eagles International - Until 2005, Franklin Mint was basically the only manufacture of 1:48 scale diecast airplanes. With the introduction of the Eagles International line the bar for 1:48 scale diecast models has been raised. The first releases in this line are the Mustang P-51B, P-51C, and P-51 Mk III. These have not been made in any scale before so they really hold a unique position in the diecast airplane collectors' series. The Eagles International diecast models are highly detailed as well, with plenty of moving parts, a detailed cockpit, pilot and more. If you are a 1:48 scale airplane collector you will want to add at least one of the Eagles Internationl diecast mustangs.
